This led to the birth of Travco Engineering and Construction, the construction arm of the company, providing a full range of professional services to its sister companies. With this sub-brand, the group's engineers and architects can provide turnkey projects to the hospitality companies of Travco Group.

Their scope of work covers the full range of services from architectural design, management of contracted work, supervision of the utilities’ and networks, to the interior design and furnishing of the whole property in line with the hotel management standards.

Our construction division staff members include experienced engineers, architects, field crews and interior decorators that provide design and construction services for installation of hotel utilities, as well as real estate developments.
